#Slicker is a Instgram fanatic, #Bumpkin loves it too but prefers a bit of Facebook. Together our love for Instagram over the years has produced our top 5 Instagram accounts:
1. @pixiecurtis
This little girl is the cutest and at times she reminds us of Little Miss Bumpkin. Pixie Curtis is the daughter of Roxy Jacenko, who is a PR guru running Sweaty Betty (her PR company, @sweatybettypr) she has her own Instagram account (@roxyjacenko) and of course is Pixie's Mumager. Roxy was also on The Celebrity Apprentice in 2013 and that's where we became interested in her life and business which lead us to this little gem, Pixie! There have been numerous magazines, papers and online articles about Pixie and her stardom, both positive and negative. For Two Happy Chappy's we love Pixie and think her Instagram account is simply bloody fantastic. How has she become a Instagram sensation? Her Mum, Roxy is clever and has marketed her well but if you ask us, Pixie loves it! There are oodles and oodles of designer packages arriving for Pixie every week - Gucci, Ralph Lauren and Burberry to name a few. She is also receives skin care, baby/toddler goods, food, toys, you name it, she has been gifted it. Each product appears on her page and receives a little review. Pixie has also started her own company - Pixie's bows, which are to die for (www.pixiespix.com.au). Not all posts are flogging something, Roxy, I mean Pixie, also posts some hilarious pics and videos poking fun at herself! It is good for a bit of a laugh and for us a bit of an envious look at all the kids designer products available! You really must have a look!
2. @babyboybakery
This Instagram account was discovered by Two Happy Chappy's after a very sad event. The lady who runs the account has a blog called, of course, Baby Boy Bakery (www.babyboybakery.com). She blogs about her life, recipes, her husband and about her little boy Ryan Cruz. Sadly Ryan passed away in a tragic accident when he was hit by a truck, while he was playing. His Mum continues to post about her struggles with the loss of her son, the changes in her relationship with her husband and the support she has received during her healing. Ryan's Mum is really an inspiration to us all, her strength and ability to express her feelings is amazing. Take a look and you too will fall in love with this amazing family.
3. @miafreedman
Mia Freedman is the brains behind blogging website Mamamia. Mia posts about her fashion choices, her life, her work and some funny random posts which are the best. We prefer this account to the Mamamia account as it is much more personal and it gives us a glimpse into her fantastic life as a successful career woman and a busy Mum.
4. @kmart_love
Kmart_love is definitely a favourite as Kmart is a huge weakness for Two Happy Chappy's. We love style and we love a bargain - so Kmart is the perfect hang out! This site is run by Kmart enthusiasts, just like us, and shows you all the bargains that you miss at Kmart. Let's face it, we all miss things at Kmart because there are just too many things to fall in love with. The account gives you pictures, prices and ideas on how to use Kmart products in different ways. It is great when something is posted because other Kmartaholics comment with colours available, stores the bargains have been spotted, alternative uses etc. This is definitely a fav of ours, although it is dangerous as after you see the posts there is a big long list of goodies to find.
5. @cottononkids
Two Happy Chappy's love dressing our little people in the latest trends, particularly #Slicker who is a fashion victim! Love, love, love the ideas this account gives us and shows us the bargains to be had! If you are a parent, an Aunty/Uncle or have any little people in your life, this is a must as there is always something to find at a cotton on Kids store!
Happy Instgramming

Until next time Brisbane
First let me apologise for our lack of blog posts lately, we lost momentum when the tennis season started, then we went on our holiday to Melbourne and now My Kitchen Rules is on almost every night so our motivation is on the low side but this blog is the start of our revitalization (we hope)!
Today I leave Brisbane but I also leave behind my family and friends I've enjoyed catching up with over the last few months. I've had so many great adventures over the last 2 months and sucked up every bit of shopping time (yes my suitcase is over loaded). It's always a sad and happy time when we leave as I get to go home and sleep in my own bed and be "home" again and enjoy the down time of living in the outback. Miss Bumpkin and Master Slicker have the most beautiful bond that breaks my heart a little watching them kiss and cuddle each other goodbye as they have the most amazing fun together. Luckily for modern technology and FaceTime we can keep in touch.
On the home front we unfortunately return to mouthfuls of flies and the region still praying for rain but it's home so I can't wait! So I'm escaping the low that's going to bring copious amounts of rain to south east Queensland and returning to the dry dusty outback, I'm just hoping that there's still some green grass left to gaze at for the next week or two.
Thanks for memories Brisbane!
#Bumpkin
